Pros +
- Great location, nice room, clean and tidy.
- The property is perfectly located in Tenjin which is close to many stores and restaurants! There is lots to do in the area. Transportation is also very convenient as the train stations and bus stops are nearby.
- Location is good. Hotel looks good on outside, Lobby smelled good.
Cons -
- A bit noisy from the street but nothing extraordinary
- bathroom WAY too small. I did not like that the sink was in the shower and there was no dry place to keep toiletries. The bed was very hard. The night manager when I checked in was very rude and in the morning when I checked out, three people were waiting and there was no one at the desk to check us out.
- A room with a view would have been a plus point. The window opened towards the wall of the adjacent building.

Friendly and helpful staff. A very comfortable stay for single person without any disturbance or noise. All facilities were available. Subway station and bus stops are also nearby. Convenience store is also very close.
